Yeah I know what you must be thinking ... "What 2 or 3 posts in a day, they must be real free else they have no life" Well well we have a lot of back logs and our friends and relatives have been asking us for pictures! So this urge to blog away ... The much anticipated pictures of our rented apartment We are now living in Prahran (yeap the much talk about Chapel St.) and it is known to be a trendy area. We are near ammentities and 10 mins train ride away from Melbourne CBD. I like the facade of buildings along Chapel St. - Old with character. Hopefully I will get more pictures and post it up sometime soon.

All stocked up We hunted for about 3 to 4 weeks for a place to rent and I must say this place wasn't our 1st choice but as time was not on our side, we decided to go ahead with this current apartment although rental is on the high side. Thus far, we are enjoying our location and apartment. Oh well, only on Fridays and Saturdays, it gets noisy coz the club opposite us opens. Yes weird they only operate on Fridays and Saturdays and I must admit they got good business.

Yeah here are the pictures of us having fun in the kitchen. I was telling Ken this as he was impressed with what I could churn out from the kitchen ... "How wrong can one go if you follow the recipe books and if something goes wrong you can blame it on the recipe" Heh

Swanston Street Church of Christ Today's service was on Fellowship. Base on the book 40 Days of Purpose. Don't you even think of snatching my Char Siew Pau! We had a hearty Lunch - Yum Cha in Chinatown. Federation Square Yes, that's a real OSCARS trophy! Blink! The city was wet in the evening and traffic was bad! Went for an exhibition, White Noise in ACMI (Asutralian Centre for The Moving Image). Too bad no photography allowed. P/S: Can someone hit me with a note on how to download pics from Nokia 3230. Thanks!

We are still not getting the hang of blogging ... Come on we don't want to be slave to this blog hence we are gonna update it only as and when we feel the vibes to! What we have been eating since we moved in? Well all home cooked food specially prepared by ourselves! Oh by the way, we do take orders online too!

Our first post. hmm.. we are gona say alot in our blog so get ready. Cos you will be reading more than tens of thousand words in our blog. How time flies. It's been one & a half months since we arrived in Melbourne. The frantic search of a place wasn't easy but we are sure glad its over and we thank the Lord for bringing us to this apartment that we will call home for the next 12mths. Though the price is a little high for a 1 bedroom apartment, I guess its worth it since it comes with a reasonable amount of security and even a carpark space. What's more its situated just along Chapel Street. (for those who don't know, Chapel St is considered a trendy area in melbourne, a little like Holland V i guess) Uni's just a 10 min walk away and there are 2 supermarkets just beside our apartment. Prahran Market is across the road and there are lots of coffee place along Chapel St. So it's a very convinient place to be in. Anyway rather then rambling on with words in our blog, we prefer to use pictures so here goes....
